I want to put accents on my digital photos in black and white. How do I do that?
I mean black and white, in which the color is added to certain features. For example, you can accentuate blue eyes and rosy cheeks. Or they can accent the color of a flower the question remains. But the rest of the image is still black and white. Can I do at home on my computer? I use a Kodak digital camera … Please, any help is appreciated!
Photoshop is the program normally used to do … color selective calling on the road. Since you do not have the program, are a kind of bad luck, but I'll go ahead and give the procedure if it can be used in the future or to another computer using Photoshop. As with many procedures in Photoshop, there are several ways to make selective color. This is a quick and easy. First open your photo in PS of course. Then go to Layer – Duplicate Layer Click OK, then go to Image – Adjust – Hue / Saturation Drag the Saturation slider all directions to the left to take the photo in black and white. Click OK, then get the tool to project the toolbox on the left side of the screen. Usually, the next tool in the tool Clone Stamp. Move the mouse cursor tool, and tell Draft. When you've chosen your project, go to the Brush options box at the top of the screen, then click the arrow downfacing. Set the brush hardness to 100% if you have precise control over the selection. You may also need to increase or decrease the brush size on demand. Erase away any black and white where you want the color to be revealed. When you go to Layer – Flatten Image Then just do a backup When asked where to save the image. Hope this helps Steve
