Ducks, cormorants, geese, gulls and loons are all members of the waterfowl category. Most are designed to spend most of their time in the water, and have webbed feet and water-repellant feathers. Some waterfowl, like the Mallard and Canadian Goose, are omnivorous, whereas others, like the Cormorant and Merganser are almost entirely carnivorous.
